The London Youth Premier Showcase is an independent programme operated by Beyond Education Sports Foundation, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (Registered Charity No. 1197957).
All participants in the London Youth Premier League, when registering to play, acknowledge that football is a full-contact and hazardous sport; hence we cannot take responsibility nor liability for any injuries sustained by participants. Individual organisations have been informed about the limitations of our insurance and have been advised that individual players should take out individual playing insurance as best practice.
Clubs and organisations remain responsible for ensuring that their participation is compatible with any separate memberships, affiliations, contracts or regulatory obligations that apply to them.
Registration in the football programme is not automatic blanket permission for promotional photography or video. Photographs and video may be taken for legitimate programme, safeguarding, record-keeping or promotional purposes where appropriate, subject to BESF’s permissions or opt-out process and privacy notice. Participation is also subject to the Foundation’s safeguarding, equality, complaints, disciplinary and competition requirements as published and updated from time to time.
