BESF processes personal information about children, parents/carers, clubs, coaches and other participants where necessary to operate the London Youth Premier Showcase. This may include registration and contact details, competition administration, safeguarding and incident information, and communications about the programme.
Photographs and video may be taken at LYPS activities for legitimate programme, safeguarding, record-keeping or promotional purposes where appropriate. Registration in the football programme is not treated as automatic blanket permission for promotional photography or video. Parents/carers and young people will be told how official images may be used. BESF maintains an appropriate permissions or opt-out process and takes particular care when publishing images of children. See Parents & Spectators.
